The school report card for Bethel Grade School has been released and there is much to be proud of.

The percentage of our students that met or exceeded standards on the English Language Arts assessment in 3rd-8th grades increased by 9.5%.
The percentage of our students that met or exceeded standards on the Math assessment in 3rd-8th grades increased by 10.2%.
13.5% more students scored "Exemplary" on the Illinois Science Assessment compared to last year.
The Achievement Gap between low-income and non-low-income students is far better than the state achievement gap by several percentage points.
Our attendance rate is the highest it has been in the last four years at 94.1%.
Chronic absenteeism is down 10%.
We have been given the designation of Commendable, meaning our school has no underperforming student groups, a graduation rate greater than 67 percent, and whose performance is not in the top 10 percent of schools statewide.
