Our custodians have been hard at work this summer making our floors so shiny that you can see your reflection in them.
In-person registration will be held on July 15th from 10:00 to 6:00 in the cafeteria. (Enter Door 22)
New students need the following:
Social Security Number (No card needed)
Three (3) documents proving residency. (Utility bills, rental agreement, etc.)
Birth Certificate
Registration fee of $25. (Unless eligible for waiver)
Kindergartners will need a dental exam, a physical, an immunization record, and a vision exam.
6th graders will need a dental exam, a physical, and an updated immunization record.
THE TIME TO GET YOUR SPORTS PHYSICAL IS NOW. It will be good for the whole school year.

The Bethel Grade School office will be closed on Thursday, July 4, for Independence Day. We will reopen on Monday, July 7th.

Bus for Sale
Bethel Grade School is taking sealed bids for Bus #3. Bids should be received by Friday, July 11th at 3:00. The minimum accepted bid will be no less than $3000. Bids will be opened and awarded during the regularly scheduled Board meeting on July 17th.
This is a 2006 Bluebird with 105,469 miles on it. It has been regularly maintained and inspected. If you would like to visit to view the bus, please contact the office and set up a time. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Cass at the school.

25-26 Online registration is going on now for returning students if you have a Teacher Ease account. If you need an account, please contact the office.

Fall Softball Opportunity for Girls entering 5th–8th grades!
Families with students who are entering 5th-8th grades, who are interested in playing fall softball for Bethel/McCellan are encouraged to contact Coach Gowler at 618-316-4975.
We’ll be starting open field practices in the coming weeks to help players build skills and get familiar with the game. These sessions will be held on weekday evenings only, and a finalized schedule will be shared soon.
To help us plan and prepare, please text Coach Gowler as soon as possible to express your interest or ask any questions. We’re excited for a great season ahead and look forward to welcoming new and returning players!

On behalf of the Bethel Grade School staff and Board of Education, I would like to thank all of our students and families for another great school year. Be on the lookout for news and information over the summer.

It was a great last day for Bethel. The talent show was fun and the outdoor activities were a blast. A big thank you to the PTO for the snow cones, Jefferson County Sheriff's office for the SWAT truck and the staff for their help in making this a great day.
