Peewee girls basketball practice for tomorrow night is cancelled.

Bethel Grade School will be closed Thursday (1/9/25) for a traditional snow day due to continued hazardous road conditions. No packets will be due for this day. Temperatures will drop to single digits tonight so please stay warm.

Bethel Grade School will take an e-Learning day Wednesday (1/8/24) due to poor road conditions causing travel to be hazardous. Please have students complete packet #2 and return it when we come back to school.

The Boys varsity Spring Garden tournament has been pushed back a day. so Boys play wed 730 at Spring garden Be there 645. Girls tournament at Woodlawn is still scheduled for Wednesday start. Everything is temporary for now and can still be changed due to weather. Please stay tuned for any updates or changes.

Bethel Grade School will be taking an e-Learning day Tuesday, January7th. Please complete packet number one that was sent home a few weeks ago. Bring it back with you when you return.

The office at Bethel Grade School will be closed in Monday due to weather concerns. Stay safe out there Bulldogs and Bullpups.

PeeWee basketball plays this Saturday at Rome grade school. Schedule is as follows
9am girls
10am 3rd grade boys
11am 4th grade boys
Noon 5th Rome vs New Horizons Since we don't have a 5th grade team New Horizon travels where we go and plays the opposing teams 5th grade.

There will be more tournament action when we come back from the break. The girls will be playing in the Woodlawn Icebreaker Tournament starting on January 8th.

Beta Induction was held in November. Eight new members were added to our chapter this year. Six were present for the ceremony along with our returning Beta.


The Bethel Christmas Kickoff Shootout was full of excitement and great games. In the last game of the day, our Bulldogs pulled off a stunning overtime win.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to see their kids in our Christmas Program. They put on a great show and I'm sure some of you may have found out how good of dancers your kids are.





If you bought butter braids from Volleyball or Scholar Bowl, they will be available for pick up today from 2:00 to 3:30. Please enter door number 22 near the cafeteria.

Reminder: Our Christmas Program is Tomorrow (Thursday) at 1:00. The doors will open at 12:30. Students will be dismissed after the program so you may take your child with you.

The Bulldogs improve to 11-3 after a ten-point win over Bluford tonight at Waller Gym. They are back in action tomorrow night at home against Field.
